Capital performed all concrete and masonry work on this 30,000 square foot warehouse. The concrete work included placing 100 cubic yards of reinforced spread footings, wall footings and grade beams, and 483 cubic yards of reinforced slab on grade. Placement of 400 tons of #57 stone slab sub-base and 325 square feet of sidewalk were also completed. The masonry work included laying 25,000 - 8”& 12” regular block and 5,000 - 4” split-faced block. The walls were typical 28' high and required full height grouting every 32” lineal foot of wall.
