The project consisted of a 3,271 square foot renovation to the lower level dining room. The work included demolition of the existing space, new wood crown mold, chair rail and base, a new storefront entrance door, gypsum wall lamination, new ACT ceilings throughout the lower level corridors, carpeting throughout the entire lower level, a wood dance floor, painting of all corridor walls and wall papering of all dining room walls. The work also included installation of a new entrance canopy, replacement of all HVAC registers and grills, replacement of all electrical switches and plugs and installation of new wall sconce light fixtures.
