Representative Projects
Apollo Gymnastics

The project consists of a 22,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a 20' high clear span to the underside of the ceiling framing. Scope in this section includes: concrete, masonry, caulking, pre-engineered structure, carpet squares, paint, one 10' x 10' overhead door, fire protection system, two 40-ton air handlers with associated ductwork and electrical power wiring/switches/plugs/lighting.

Bullis School Motor Pool
The project consisted of a 1,300 square foot addition to the campus motor pool. The work included site grading, new water and sewer mains, paving, concrete footings and piers, CMU block exterior walls with brick veneer, steel joist and roof deck, a flat rubber roof, new exterior metal doors and double hung aluminum clad wood windows.
NFZ Warehouse
Capital performed all concrete and masonry work on this 30,000 square foot warehouse. The concrete work included placing 100 cubic yards of reinforced spread footings, wall footings and grade beams, and 483 cubic yards of reinforced slab on grade. Placement of 400 tons of #57 stone slab sub-base and 325 square feet of sidewalk were also completed.
Knights of Columbus
The project consisted of a 3,271 square foot renovation to the lower level dining room. The work included demolition of the existing space, new wood crown mold, chair rail and base, a new storefront entrance door, gypsum wall lamination, new ACT ceilings throughout the lower level corridors, carpeting throughout the entire lower level, a wood dance floor, painting of all corridor walls and wall papering of all dining room walls.
Cornerstone Properties
The project consisted of a 2,565 square foot tenant fit-out in a commercial condominium. The work included installation of new metal stud partitions, ACT drop ceilings, knock-down metal door and window frames, solid core wood office doors, architectural millwork reception desk, kitchen base and wall cabinets, complete painting of walls, doors and metal frames, and wall to wall carpeting throughout finished the space.
Bullis School 2004 Summer Construction Program
The project consisted of 19 small task order projects. The work included renovations of Founders Hall lower level offices and the men's coaches' office in the Athletic Center. Eleven chalk boards were laminated with white marker boards in Founders, North and South Halls.
