The project consisted of a 2,565 square foot tenant fit-out in a commercial condominium. The work included installation of new metal stud partitions, ACT drop ceilings, knock-down metal door and window frames, solid core wood office doors, architectural millwork reception desk, kitchen base and wall cabinets, complete painting of walls, doors and metal frames, and wall to wall carpeting throughout finished the space. The work also included a new HVAC supply and return air distribution system with sound lined ductwork, a new electrical distribution system and new 2'x 4' lay-in, hi-hat and pendant lighting fixtures.
