The project consisted of 19 small task order projects. The work included renovations of Founders Hall lower level offices and the men's coaches' office in the Athletic Center . Eleven chalk boards were laminated with white marker boards in Founders, North and South Halls. Installation of storm pipe and regrading of the south elevation of the Athletic Center was completed to achieve positive drainage and eliminate soil erosion. Installation of eight half glass vision kits and one heavy duty attic ladder in South Hall were also included in the work.
