The project consisted of a 1,300 square foot addition to the campus motor pool. The work included site grading, new water and sewer mains, paving, concrete footings and piers, CMU block exterior walls with brick veneer, steel joist and roof deck, a flat rubber roof, new exterior metal doors and double hung aluminum clad wood windows. The interior work included new drywall partitions and ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and epoxy flooring, painting of all new and existing walls and ceilings, installation of lockers, new heating and AC systems, and electrical power distribution and lighting
